Manifesto for Enthusiasm

Our mission speaks to us deeply and speaks profoundly about who we are:
" helping leaders to build resilient and enthusiastic organisations, where everyone can find their right place.".
In this manifesto, we would like to share with you how we approach our projects.

Resilience? Did you say Resilience?

For us, resilience for a company lies in its ability to respect individuals, its ecosystem and the planet. It lies also in its agility to operate according to its mission statement despite the ups and downs of economic environment and life in general.

Resilience is one of our major focus because if companies are not able to ensure their sustainability, they cannot guarantee the employment of its employees.

Likewise, without a business model that enables the creation of products and services that respect biodiversity and the environment, it jeopardises human well-being.

It is because we are consultants and coaches that we pay special attention to these business aspects. They are fundamental in all our assignments: Is the person or team performing well in their job or function? What are the possible innovations to ensure this sustainability?

And the enthusiasm in all this?

At the risk of surprising you, we do not believe in happiness at work. The concept of happiness suggests a stability of state that in no way reflects the reality of what is experienced daily in the workplace.

On the other hand, we believe that it is possible to create moments of collective enthusiasm.

In 20 years of supporting complex projects, we have identified 16 ingredients that trigger enthusiasm.
This explosive cocktail, where we connect with deeper meaning of things, where we develop ourselves and the people we work with, where we connect individuals to each other and develop gratification and recognition, this is our trademark!

You will find in most of our assignments a playful and/or creative aspects and in any case an aesthetical dimension…

Where does everyone find their right place?

In companies, everyone often leaves a large part of who they really are at the door: their values, their deepest aspirations, their convictions, their passions or their sources of motivation.

We want to help leaders build organisations where everyone can achieve their full potential if they want to.

To achieve this, we work on purpose, individual talents, career plans, but also more systemically on governance and individual roles.

What benefits can you expect? Individual motivation and therefore collective performance are strengthened.

This third part of our mission is also one of our concerns in the way we respond to the demands of our clients: Do people feel authorised to express themselves freely and authentically? Is diversity part of the company's culture? Is everyone in their rightful place as an employee and/or leader?
