Work with the management team to define the purpose of the company, identify individual and collective values to be able to exemplify them in the transformation and define the company’s mission statement:
- Clarify the DNA and uniqueness of the company/function and adjusting the different stakeholders’ perspectives
- Define a mission statement that goes beyond the sum of individuals to work towards the common good
- Identify values individually and collectively to engage teams
Support the success of transformation projects (change of strategy, design of a new organisation, deployment of a new digital tool, a new process, new roles and responibilites, new governance, implementation of new managerial practices...):
- Definition of the change management strategy: clarifying the issues and benefits of the change, organising the governance of the project, structuring the strategy for communication, training, operational deployment, and management of HR impacts.
- Managing the transformation and adjusting actions on an ongoing basis until the end of the project.
- Coach and train the transformation team on change management.
Organisation of seminars to develop the resilience of individuals and teams.
Working with management teams on new management models to increase employee engagement by developing autonomy and accountability. Support in the implementation of these approaches.
